I got started in marketing because I wanted to help people and improve processes. Over the years I noticed that a lot of teams get by just by checking boxes and that doesn't help anyone.
I want to be an advocate for companies AND their customers.
In 2016 I was immersed into the world of recruiting and staffing. It became very apparent to me that a lot of HR tech companies claim to do be different in their vast capabilities but they all had one thing in common - the inability to connect with buyers. They have this great tech and these great resources but they think a one time blog post and email blast is enough to attract an audience. Spoiler alert - it's not. A one off webinar is fantastic but a one time email won't sell it.
